  • Clearly label the package with your RAN provided by our customer support team.
  • Ship the package back to us using a reputable courier service with tracking capabilities. We recommend retaining proof of postage until confirmation of receipt is received from us.

The cost associated with shipping returns shall generally be borne by customers unless otherwise stated in exceptional cases where we determine responsibility lies solely on Home Solutions Africa’s end.

4.      Inspection and Processing of Returns

Upon receiving your returned item(s), our dedicated team will inspect the product(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If approved, we will proceed with processing your refund or replacement as per your request.
